Thanks for the question Rob.  Why not be transparent with consumers?  Consumers who are interested in this community/area will want to know the sales activity level of this community...it comes up all the time.  Does several sales represent a community problem, new ordinance, or just a timing issue?  Is fewer sales an indicator that homes do not hold their value or homeowners are happy here.  Obviously, those questions cannot be answered in the post, nor should they.  However, buyers who sign a buyers agency agreement will get the full story. ;-)

Ginny...cheaper than renting, it makes good sense.

Debb:  All the subdivisions get equal blog billing from me.  As always, I let the consumer dictate which ones are most important to them.

BLiz...pretty reasonable unless you are trying to get home after 2:30pm on a Friday.  Seems like a lot of folks start their weekend early.
