The Good:
The Promontory Condos in Downtown Salt Lake City are some of the most desirable condos in the area. Built in 2011, you kind of feel like you are living in the future when you go in there. They did a great job utilizing the best technology available. Just walking inside the grand entry makes you feel important. One of the features that you will enjoy is the party room, which can accommodate up to 100 people and has luxurious furniture, a baby grand piano, gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and more. Make no mistake, the Promontory Condos are some of the nicest condos you’ll find anywhere.
The Bad:
It’s hard to find much wrong with the Promontory Condos in Salt Lake City. I’ll try to come up with something....Okay, if you are looking for country living, the Promontory Condos are not for you. If you hate luxury, you will hate the Promontory Condos. If you can’t stand being in the most desirable spot in downtown Salt Lake City, then you will be dissatisfied with the Promontory Condos.
