DoctorWith Match Day approaching, it's important to know that Huron Valley Financial is now offering the Doctor Loan. This mortgage may appeal to new Resident Physicians as they learn with which hospital they have been matched.  As Huron Valley Financial's home office is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the same city as University of Michigan Hospital, we expect to be working with a lot of Resident Doctors in the upcoming months.  Match Day is March 15, 2013 and their appointments officially start July 1, 2013, so there is plenty of time to check out the city, find a new home and get settled before the grueling schedule begins!

Here's how the Doctor Loan works.  Super clean borrowers can put down as little as ZERO.  Loan sizes offered up to $1,000,000.  There is no mortgage insurance charged on this loan.  Deferred medical student loan payments will not be counted in the debt ratios.  We have the Doctor Loan in both 15 and 30 year fixed rate loans as well as Adjustable Rate Mortgages for 3, 5, 7 and 10 years.  This loan will also work for Dentists as well as Doctors.

Huron Valley Financial welcomes our new Resident Physicians.  We look forward to meeting you and offering you the many benefits of our Doctor Loan.

Wow!   I thought we had a good Dr loan program, but yours is unbelievable.  Why wouldn't they buy a home and get this type of loan?  It's a no brainer!  Good luck with your Dr. Loans Peggy!   Keep us informed on how many you convert.   :)

What is the APR on these types of loans?  No PMI and NO down payment.  Must be pretty high or are they competitive?
