So many people are just concerned about the interior of the house when they put it on the market.  I'm glad you showed the importance of the exterior maintenance and upkeep.........it's so important and the first thing a potential buyer sees.

Curb appeal is the key - so you are on target, James. After all, exterior makes the first impression, correct?

James -- you want the buyers to get out of the car and not say "move on" when they pull up.   Curb appeal needs to be addressed.
