NOW is still an excellent time if the market is still down in your area. In many markets prices are starting to go up and there is a decrease in the inventory which doesn't work in a buyer's favor. NOW is still an excellent time to buy because prices are still down from where they were several years ago, and interest rates are still low. Great market information for your area, David.
