Let’s take a look at the ups and the downs for the Meridien Condos in Salt Lake City
The Good:
These are very high end, luxury condos and it shows. Inside and out, everything feels luxurious. The units all have high end appliances, features and finishes. One of my favorite things about the Meridien Condos is that they are spacious. There are not many other condos in the area that rival the size of these ones. Being built in 2009 means that the layout is modern and the space is used very well. The views are some of the best in all of Salt Lake City. When people talk about “million dollar views”, this is what they are talking about. Also, being within walking distance from downtown without feeling like you live right downtown is very nice.
The Bad:
Many of the units have still not sold. Part of that is due to the fact that these are very high end condos and there are fewer buyers in this price range than the under $250,000 range. Also, this building was once a VA hospital and later part of the children’s hospital. If you are superstitious, you may be a little creeped out by that thought.
