There's lots to read and listen to in the media today all offering a wide variety of opinions, however, what our office is seeing is a slight rise in activity for Buyers and Sellers alike for homes in Victoria. Some of this might be attributed to a seasonal change but we are sensing that there is not as much 'hesitation' to act due in part to the improvements we see in the US.
