For those of you that are considering Insightly I'm happy to announce that we launched our reporting module last week. Insightly’s reporting delivers nine in-depth reports focused on opportunities and activities, and you can filter records by month, quarter, year, or all time.
Report data is displayed in both graphical and tabular formats so you can quickly view your metrics at a glance, or review in detail. You can view your real estate opportunities by:
- Category Breakdown
- Reasons for Losing Opportunities
- Stage Distribution
- Funnel Analysis
- User or Organization
- Total Incoming Opportunities
- Values of Won Opportunities
- Activities over time by user, project, opportunity and organization
So what does this all mean for you? Well as the old adage goes -- you can't improve something if you can't measure it. So use reports as a baseline and improve from there. For example, in the Activity report you can quickly review your activities to determine if you need to reach out more (or maybe less) to your clients; you can see if you are delivering the same amount of activity to each customer; if you send out a lot of emails then maybe you should increase the number of calls to your prospects; or double check to make sure you are current on your follow up tasks.
