10 Easy Steps to Stress-Free Wedding Planning

Wedding Planning Step 1  Create and respect spending plan to include:

  • venue
  • wedding attire
  • invitations
  • catering
  • cake
  • flowers
  • rings
  • music
  • photographer and videographer
  • transportation
  • rentals

For general tips on money matters, check this 6 minute video:

Wedding Planning Step 2. Decide whether to hire a bridal consultant or to act as one yourself.  We recommend Amanda Smith with White Pumpkin. If you are working with a consultant, stop here and enjoy! Otherwise, continue on.

Wedding Planning Step 3. Create a wedding site such as Wedding Wire to keep track of your progress.

Wedding Planning Step 4. Select and book early your venue and make arrangements for your bridal attire (9 months minimum). Check the venue for items provided (linens, chairs, etc.)

Wedding Planning Step 5 Prepare the invitations (12 months if long distance guests).

Wedding Planning Step 6. Book a caterer and order your cake.

Wedding Planning Step7. Plan the ceremony: rings, flowers, music, photographer, videographer, transportation, and rentals (liens, chairs, etc.)

Wedding Planning Step 8. Arrange for hair and make-up. Practice at least once with your beauty consultant.

Wedding Planning Step 9. Check RSVPs and prepare favors.

Wedding Planning Step 10. Consult with us on transitioning to your "love nest." We are here to help you sell, buy, or  both if needed. Start searching Northern VA and DC now at our site.

These are really helpful tips. My friend and I are actually doing a duel wedding next year. We both started dating at the same time and got engaged at the same time. We wanted to get married at the same venue in the same season. I got my dress from https://www.cinderellabridals.com/ and she got hers from https://www.castlecouturenj.com/. So we just decided to combine. I need all the tips I can get so this was helpful to read!

I have a question for those who have had weddings recently. I follow new fashion trends, all wedding ceremonies are held outdoors, in beautiful places, more often in the mountains or on lakes. It looks amazing. My question is to know whether you organize it yourself or go to an agency?

Independently organize such an event is not possible, because you need to agree in advance about the venue, to prepare transport for guests to come up with decorations or to rent them, to find a presenter. All this will take a lot of time and money. A simpler and more convenient option would be to apply for the organization of the wedding https://shuwedd.com/ to professionals who will do everything for you.
