The Pinehurst - Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service carried 1101 Active Listings within Moore County as of February 2, 2008. Of those listings, 832 were single family homes, 34 were single family homes with acerage, 144 were condo/townhomes, 51 were horse farms, and 40 were manufactured homes.
