This afternoon, I visited a home listed by a colleague of mine in Grafton, MA. Inventories are low in Grafton, and this particular home is priced at less than $300K.
My guess is that it will sell pretty quickly, because it's pretty difficult to find homes in this price range in neighborhood communities like this one. Grafton is a nice little town located in Worcester County.
The property in question has a nice flat backyard, three bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, and many updated amenities.
