My snow piles are record high, but we didn't have record snowfall.

I have been plowing my drive and a dozen other for years.  I grew up on the farm where we plowed snow just so we could work.  So, I know that when you start plowing the first time, you push it back as far as you can.

I did that.   Now usually, we get a January thaw.  It will take the piles down a bit and I can pile on top of the first couple of snow falls.  Even February allows some melting and we can again pile on top.

But this year we had neither.  I am stacking the snow as high as always but now I am almost right on the driveway with another storm approaching.

I can see we are goin gto have a late spring unlike the very early spring from the last two years.

Oh well...It could be a lot worse!

Yikes that is a lot of snow.  At least for a Southern California guy.  Have a great week.

At least you are able to stay busy when the snow falls. We pretty much shut down with ice and snow storms.

And the piles are even higher than when you took this photo.
