It is so nice to return to the ActiveRain family after having been away for a year. For what reason, I don't know, but when I discovered that the first item in a Google search for my name, Bill Primavera, is my presence on ActiveRain, I decided that I should take advantage of its optimization prowess.
Here's the news while I was away. I earned my commercial real estate certification with Coldwell Banker, I continued my public relations pursuits, representing a major real estate developer (who better than a realtor who also knows PR?), and continued my writing pursuits in print and online as The Home Guru.
Also, I created a new website devoted to the activities of the Home Guru. Check it out at www.TheHomeGuru.com, and look for my continuing with my thoughts and questions here.
