Happy Monday Friends! I hope you had a wonderful St. Patty's Day weekend. With longer days of sunshine and the start of March Madness, spring fever is in the air!
I personally am excited for the NCAA basketball festivities to come. March Madness reminds me of the lazy days of Spring Break back in college… watching all of the games and anxiously anticipating summer! My mind is still not made up of who I think this year’s champ will be… there are definitely a lot of talented contenders! More updates to come on my status in the dance. Don’t forget to fill out your brackets, but make sure you know your stats!
Speaking of stats...Things are moving right along in the real estate market. Last week I took at the MLS one afternoon and couldn’t help but notice there were about 75 new homes on the market and roughly 50 that were pending/under contract… just for that given day! It is still a great time for both buyers and sellers no matter where you are.
I’ve put together a monthly newsletter for the month of March with updates and statistics on the national market. It makes for a great reading on your Monday lunch hour… and I’ll suggest turning on your favorite Pandora station while you read. It’s Monday after all! Make it a great one.
