What are they building off I-17 in North Phoenix 85085?
If you've driven on I-17 just south of Carefree highway you may have noticed some walls of a building going up. It seems like they are building in the middle of no where.
Well here is what they're building it's the new
John C. Lincoln Sonoran Health and Emergency Center. It's the first building on the Macerich and Westcor owned land. Macerich and Westcor plans on adding more office space, retail, and possibly car dealerships in the future. John C. Lincoln purchased the 22 acres for $5.6 million and the Emergency center is the first phase, there are plans for a 120 bed full hospital as early as 2019.
