What's the neighborhood like?

The homes you would expect to find in San Pacifico typically range from 1691-3477 square feet.  Most of the homes were built by Greystone Homes in the late 1990's.  The last set of homes are in the Santalina neighborhood and were completed in 2001.  Since then, the landscaping has matured and many residents have upgraded their homes.  The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 2 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have up to 5 bedrooms.  Most of the Single Family lots range around 10,000 square feet and some of the homes on larger lots have private pools.  The different developments are San Sebastian, Santander, Vista Mar, Santalina and Ocean Walk.
