  • March, 2013: Poway Homes for Sale: 181 (Active, contingent, and pending)
  • March, 2013: Poway Months of Inventory: 4.4
  • February, 2013: Poway Median Home Price: $532,000 ; 18% higher than February, 2012
  • February, 2013: Poway Homes Sold: 22 ; 15% lower than February, 2012

Poway Condos and Townhomes

  • March, 2013: Poway Condos for Sale: 22 (Active, contingent, and pending)
  • March, 2013: Poway Months of Inventory (Condos): 4.3
  • February, 2013: Poway Median Condo Price: $280,000 ; 37% higher than February, 2012
  • February, 2013: Poway Condos Sold: 5 ; 29% lower than February, 2012
