Yes, indeed it is.

I have been know to sleepwalk I would get up turn lights on and off, sometimes wake up in the shower. Once I woke up looking for something in the pantry, and came to realize I had a frying pan, eggs, and toast out....I was getting ready to start cooking, b ut must have came to when I couldn't find a certain ingredient.

Wow pretty scaring stuff. I have a friend who would take sleep medication to sleep. When she received her charge card bills in the mail the next month she had charged up some pretty weird Internet stuff. She has no memory of doing it. weird but true.
