The best websites to feature your listings???

By
Real Estate Agent with JCS Realty

What would you say is the best site to pay extra and feature your listing on?

I only have limited funds for advertising this listing so I want to put them to the best use. I would appreciate any advice.

Thank You!!

Google.Base is a great one or Truila.com is another, good luck.

Google and Trulia are very good. Ask some of the agents in your office what has worked for them in your local market. And save the money....Make sure your listing "shows well" on other local real estate sites.

I get the most click-thrus to my website and virtual tour provider from Realtor.com and Craigslist.  On Realtor.com, I have the Showcase Listing package so my listings stand out from the competition.  It is not cheap, but it is also a great listing tool when you can show someone how much more competitive their home is with the extras the showcase provides.  Craigslist which is free, provides a steady stream of visitors to the website - although my understanding is that it is stronger in certain areas of the country than others.  Good luck!

If you put your listings on Pt2Agent, you get several other sites and all for free.  Give it a try.

Thank You all for your ideas. I use some of these sites already, but will try out some of the others you all have suggested.

I agree with Joyce . . I am a new agent and not very computer savy.  I have been using point2agent for several months and find it easy to start with and get going.  I guess that the best way to describe it is easy to learn, hard to master.  It has more options and tools than I know what to do with but it was easy enough to get my name and face out and presentable on the first day.

Thanks for the post I will subscribe in hopes of learning more myself.
