Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 SINKER-EDWARDS

This is my first blog. THEY say "you are never to old to learn". So, I guess THEY are right. I'd like to say some things about the real estate market in my area of Alton and Godfrey in southern Illinois. We haven't experienced the price drop like some areas around the country. It is a buyers market not only because of the amount of homes on the market but the interest rates a really good. I see a good year in the spring if the media would stop with all the bad news. Thank goodness for the election to keep them busy.

Welcome to AR.  Maybe we should have more elections and then the media would leave us alone. ~Linda

If your area is "still hanging in there", make a few posts with recent statistics backing it up...your local buyers and sellers will love it. Wecome to AR. So much info at your fingertips it is scary (good scary).
