Natalia, staging does make a big difference in the way the home looks - it's no longer a property for the buyers - it's a beautiful home! Staging does help the home sell quicker and perhaps at a higher price.
Thank you, guys , for your comments. Many agents underestimate the importance of staging... I even prefer to pay small "walk- thought" fee to the professional stager myself and know that my listing looks more appealing...
Great information on home staging Natalia. I think homes that are staged really stand out to home buyers. And when they are choosing between two homes they usually choose the staged home in my experience.
