We have low inventory. But is anything that comes on the market selling like it did in the last hot market? What is NOT selling?

- The reasons for not selling sooner are luxury and high price like the listing at 57 Windward Ave for $11.9M with 13,796 sq ft.
- Another property on 745 Millwood Ave, has 3 charming bungalows and is well taken care of cosmetically and structurally. However, the price tag of $5.4M doesn’t work.
- A little house on 845 Warren Ave listed at $735,500 is a probate that requires court confirmation. I’m sure this will sell way over list price. It’s really affordable for most buyers.
- Sleepers that will be gone soon are 856 Venezia Ave, $2,295,000 charming walk street, and 533 Rialto $1,499,900, I love anything on this street due to walk distance to Abbot Kinney and Beach.
