This morning I was teaching some agents about how to develop the referral and repeat customer business.

One of the ways to develop this type of business is to constantly stay in touch war two creative we reach out to clients and past clients so that you develop top of mind awareness with them.

Most of the agents in my office did not disagree with the importance of doing this.  Most of the agents in my office have followed coaching programs such as Brian Buffini, Joe Stumpf, by referral only, and various other customer service centric models.

The one thing that became very clear was that most of them don't do it because of the time it takes to execute simple follow up.

So what I did today we show them how I use SendoutCards to to keep in touch with past clients, referrals partners, mortgage brokers, members of my BNI group,  members of the chamber of commerce, and other networking organizations that I belong to.


I want show you a small video that I made today to demonstrate this.


Today I want to show you how I am able to send one holiday card to multiple recipients in under 1 minute using SendoutCards to make this happen without going to the card store and post office. It's truly amazing. Watch and enjoy.
