I had a very well attended OH at a beautiful home in Toms River this past Sunday--8 couples for those of you who may have read my earlier post about the point of an Open House on Super Bowl Sunday, especially here in Giants country.
At our company sales meeting today we learned that all the homes our agents held open (6) had good turnout (minimum 4 parties per home). My question is what is the best way to follow up with these people and move them from looking to buying? I have had many well attended OHs in the past, have even sold one home at an OH and have also gotten many prospects/clients. I have found lately, however, it is taking longer to get these lookers to take the plunge and buy. I know inventory is up and I can't really blame them for wanting to look more. I just wanted to hear some other thoughts and opinions about converting all the OH lookers to new home owners!
