I am lucky enough to hold season tickets for the Denver Nuggets! I like to attend each game and enjoy a little “time-off” from work.

BUT, I am a firm believe that you should keep your network, your colleagues, ultimately your friends, happy! I often invite the Realtors and other industry professionals that I work with to join me at these games. We get to splurge and “party” in a suite with delicious food and drink.

March Madness started today, and while many of my friends will be at home on their couches watching the college games, myself and a select few will be watching the Denver Nuggets DUNK the Philadelphia 76ers into a losing status high atop the Pepsi Center!!! Sorry Philly!

I also find it important to support my network by sponsoring events in our office and community. One day, my goal, is to host a grand scale charity golf event … keep on trying!

Do you take the time out to remember, thank, and show appreciation to your network? Even if it is just a simple good morning, follow up on a special personal story, or going all out on a fun event, taking care of the ones you “love” will always repay your efforts 10 fold.

Great post!!! Since you live in Denver I wanted to ask if you have ever heard of or been to Hammonds Candies? It's a great company and they have a factory close to downtown and offer free tours!!! They have the most amazing candy, chocolate and other products and Easter is a great time to go there. Just curious and thought it might be a fun thing to do with clients, the network etc...
