Seriously.... Do You Do This?

Saturdays are usually my silly play days. On any given Saturday, I drive 30 miles to patron one of my favorite coffee shops in Southern Oregon, Mellelo Coffee Roasters. Then I visit some cool boutiques and chit chat with some of my girlfriends there. Then, after a long day of running around and playing... I settle in for some grilled cajun salmon and spicy green beans... can you say yummy?!!! Hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Funny, I almost posted something to the degree of "anyone else just live for their coffee?" yesterday. I live for and love my coffee...any great coffee and will go out of my way for it. Sounds like a nice, relaxing Saturday. Similar to mine, but substitute my daughter in for the time you spent with friends and a juicy burger in pace of your salmon (though I love salmon). And yes, I can say yummy! LOL

When I was in Orlando I used to drive over 45 minutes for one of the best greek salads that has ever been created. Make the trek at least monthly just for pizza and salad.
