Lenn, Thanks for the interesting word choice in your comment.  Staging recommendations are only a waste of time to read if a seller doesn't want to sell. Sellers always can choose what to do or not do to market their own homes. 

I have a number of clients who have staged and sold and smiled all the way to the bank!

The best way to approach these common seller objections is: with patience and understanding. Asking back right questions to find out their true motivation to sell will increase the chances of a productive relationship and successful transaction.
