Great article. When home owners get to the realization that they have to give up their homes they really don't know their options and sometimes they don't care. I think most are open to suggestions and they all hope that the bank with somehow modify their loan so they can stay. As they progress through the short sale process time is not always on their side! I approach the process as a solution and try very hard to have the sellers feel positive throughout a very difficult and emotional situation. Short sales are still a very big part of our area's business and the process continually changes. Thank you for submitting such a complete and well informing article.
