Ron - thanks for those kind comments.

Alexandra and Ron - it was a very nice day today - we're very fortunate to be able to live in Southern California.

Sharon - and a very good location too.

Laura - I am very big proponent of open houses as a very effective way to expose a home to the market -- I know that many do not believe in them or feel they work but I've experienced properties selling due to this marketing activity -- not that I am representing the buyers but that a buyer will come through and then contact their agent. This seems especially true for condos.

Michelle - very good attendance and very positive feedback.

Joy - Sunday is typically the better day of the weekend in our market for open houses -- depending on the property, I may have a two day weekend open house but if there is a choice and only one day -- Sunday would be that day. I don't necessarily have an issue with open houses on holidays but I don't have one scheduled for next Sunday.

Erin - I do treat brokers caravan/tours as an open house -- today was geared towards the public.
