It's that time again, it's time for our Keller Williams Family to give back to the community that we serve. We do this in May and this year we are going all out again in Braselton, Georgia. With 2 main projects going at the same time, we need your help.
First, our second annual Blood Drive will be happening. Last year we saved a lot of lives by donating blood. We had not just Keller Williams Realtors come to the donation table, but several other brokers came to support us. Last year, we were given the space at the S&S Ace Hardware in Braselton community room, as well as, we had the "Blood mobile" in place for donations. It was a big deal and hundreds of lives were saved due to our efforts.
May 9th, 2013 we will be setting a goal of 100 units of blood to be donated. We need your help. We need help from the community to come in and sign up to donate blood. We have the ability to help the American Red Cross and we have the community to do it. If you would like to sign up for your time block, call us today at 678-425-1988. The second project that we will be doing is a blood drive. Each day children go home from school and don't know when or if they will be eating. We have to stop that!!! Mignon Hooper of Keller Williams Lanier Partners began two years ago the Red Day food drive where she collects food for children in need. She partnered with the school systems of Barrow, Jackson and Hall counties, Georgia. She and her team of volunteers spearheaded to make sure children weren't going home empty handed.
Mignon will be collecting food again this year, if you can help by bringing non-perishable foods to the Keller Williams office in Braselton, we will make sure it goes to needy children in the school system.
