***Does Blogging = $$$ Tangible Results***

Hello AR/Sensei Grasshopper Group!

TEAMWORK

I'm relatively new to the AR family but have heard tremendous stories on the great benefits and "tangible" results by blogging!

I have a very good friend who has convinced me this (blogging) is the next best thing to "slice bread!"  I'm not a novice to R/E, been very successful for about 20 years but I'm ready to "shift" some of my ways to work smarter.  I've taken most of the introductory classes that AR offers and understand this is not necessarily a "get rich" quick process.

I'm willing to work the system, however if anyone else (and I'm sure there are thousands) who can attest to at least ONE sale, lead that was generated through blogging it would be appreciated.  (Feel free to share a "key" to how you did it as well!)

Thanking you in advance!!!

Rick,

Blogging is NOT a key to the bank vault. You need to get specifics on how to maximize your efforts.

You did hit the nail on the head, it will take lots of work and its a process that DOES not produce over night or over  month results.

Caution, there is a great deal of misimformation out there about the one size fits all benifits of Blogging.

I am new here, can not recommend the BEST source to get accuare input about Blogging, but make sure you get info from an actual hands on person.

A great day to build value.

Rick,

Blogging is an avenue to let people know who you are and what you stand for.  We answered the question is "Blogging Dead", and here is an expert from the post,

Blogging isn’t going anywhere any time soon because good journalism is and always will be an integral part of our human experience.  As long as people seek the opinion of experts in a given field and the Internet can instantly connect you to opinion leaders blogging in some form or another will always be relevant.

The real question for you is: Do you know who your target market is, precisely? Is your target comprised of humans or robots? Are you speaking to your audience in their language? Are you provided compelling original content that is newsworthy, buzz-worthy and follow-worthy? Or, are you cramming a bunch of empty keyword phrases together that are repeated far too many times in order to court the Google robots?  If the latter is the case you must be blogging in “Googlish” not English.

We have been blogging since 2008, and a significant number of clients we work with have come through our blog.  It is fun to hear them tells us which blog they read and what was signifcant to them.  We have built our readership to over a million people...

So feel free to send me an email, and I will be happy to respond to specific questions.  A

I have gotten referrals from other agents that just like what I have written about, my blogging was mostly directed to connect with agents for this exact reason. It works!
