I received an email today that one of my listings was going to be shown tomorrow.
I always try to call the buyers agents when they schedule ahead of time to give them added information about the listing, so I called the buyers agent.
We chatted about the home, I asked him how his wife is because she was sick the last time we'd crossed paths. I gave him additional information about the security system because it can sometimes be a challenge.
Then he says, "Hey, WHO do you use for your virtual tours?"
I said, "I'm so glad you asked! I participate on this online real estate network called Active Rain and I've become acquainted with the President and Founder of Real Estate Shows. It's a great program and so user friendly! You use the pictures you take, upload them, no software on your computer and you can do it in less than 10 minutes!"
Needless to say he was FAVORABLY IMPRESSED!! I gave him the website and what he needed to do to sign up for the 14 day free trial and assured him that he'd LOVE IT!
My clients love the tours and now realtors are beginning to TAKE NOTICE and of course I'll be inviting him to Active Rain ... Online matchmaking at it's finest.
Of course I do too!....
