The Lake Mary land developer and investment company Wescar has proposed a $15 million dollar gated community called Deer Lakes in Seminole County Florida. This would be located on State Road 46 near Lake Markham Road and will abut the Wekiva River Perserve.
It would be a true luxury estate community will be a smaller community of estate homes. Lots will range from $350,000 to $800,000 and homes starting at million.
Another project by the Wescar group in Seminole County in Maitland is the $20 million, seven story Solis condominium that too is another blog.
