Last year Kootenai County saw an increase in both the number of existing home sales and the average and median sales prices.
I was recently asked the question of just how many existing homes were sold. A quick search in the Coeur d'Alne MLS showed that there were a total of 2,594 homes sold, with 2,240 of those being existing homes.
354 of the homes sold were new construction.
