The Palm Beach County, Florida real estate market stats are out for January and there is some interesting news. Inventory of available single family homes are at 5.9 months which is down 5.3 compared to 2012.  

Inventory of available single family homes are at 6.2 months which is down 3.7 compared to 2012.

With fewer home's available, this is a seller’s market and Palm Beach County is one of the bright spots in Florida this month.
