Sellers are finally getting more for their houses!

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) states that the average price for homes in the United States was $173,600 in January, 2013 which is up 12.5 percent from the same period in 2012. This is the largest year to year increase since 2005 which is eight (8) years ago.
