I get to see all kinds of home sin all kinds of shapes and designs.
Many are in O.K. to pretty good shape. But then we find from time to time the ones the owners forgot to keep up with. These are in most part always a rental. Even the rental homes need a lot of TLC if you want to keep garnering the rent money from the tenant's.
On his home there were a few issues that needed to be taken care of by the seller if they wanted to sell a home at the asking price.
Here we have deferred maintenance that shuld have been repaired a long time ago.
Just looking at this sitting on top of the rickety lumber. It was about to fall out of place and leave the homes structure, if it's there then have it the right way. Not about to fall off the home.
Here we have a lot of this on the home where the fascia has decided to spend the rest of it's life shedding more and more. Not a good thing when wanting to sell a home at full asking price. There are a lot of repairs needed for this home.
This is not sending a good signal to the buyer.
Home maintenance is crucial when selling or even living in a home.
