Spring Breakfast Flowers
Here’s a quick and fanciful way to put a little Spring into your morning eggs.

Start with a good heavy skillet. Melt a little butter. Pick your favorite bell pepper - red, orange, yellow or green and cut into rings. Crack an egg into each of them. Cook on low heat. Salt, pepper to taste. Pretty, easy and healthy!
