The real estate market in Parker Colorado is currently very active, and diverse in its inventory; this has been the standard in Parker for the past several months.  The market is beginning to slow down slightly in time, but its inventory continues to be vast.


At this time Parker has 274 homes actively listed.  These homes have been on the market an average of 130 days and priced at an average of $731,326 or $216 per square foot.  The average list price can certainly seem high, without consideration of the number of homes included in that calculation; list prices range from $186,500 to over $1 million. Parker’s listed homes vary in size just as much as they do in price.  The smallest homes are just over 800 square feet and the largest are over 6,500 square feet.  All of these properties have 2-6 bedrooms, 1-7 bathrooms and 1-9 car garages.  Most are two story homes, although there are also many ranch and 3 story homes.

There are 355 Parker homes currently under contract; these have been on the market an average of 56 days and priced at an average of $359,674.  The homes under contract seem to represent a diverse selection of the homes actively on the market in Parker.  These homes vary from 2-5 bedrooms, 1-5 bathrooms 1-9 car garages, and are anywhere from 918-5,298 square feet.  Most of these homes are two stories in style, but there are a handful of ranch homes as well.


358 homes in Parker have sold in the past 3 months after an average of 56 days on the market.  These sold home ranged in overall size from 918-5,298 square feet, bedrooms from 2-5, bathrooms from 1-5 and garage size from 2 car-9 car.  The sold homes were listed at an average of $363,289 or $159 per square foot and sold for an average of $356,599 or $156 per square foot.

 Although the market in Parker is still very active, the time a home spends on the market before selling is increasing, and we are still seeing a varied selection of homes for sale all across the city.
