Presented by Bill Black CMP, CDPE
Bill has been in the mortgage industry over 10 years and is a current licensed loan officer in Washington State. Bill has spent the last 5 years as a "Homeowner Advocate" assisting hundreds of homeowners find solutions to their specific situation. As a Distressed Property Business Development Consultant he currently works with other professionals in Washington State including the implementation of one of the States largest distressed property divisions in a law firm assisting them build process, procedures and a list of over 2,000 free client intake appointments completed.
Bill is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Mortgage Planner, and is a licensed Real Estate agent educator in Washington offering clock hours with an emphasis on Distressed Property. His goal is to stop as many foreclosures as possible- which decreases neighborhood value, increases crime, damages homeowners credit, and limits homeowners to purchasing from 3 years in a short sale to 7 years in a foreclosure.
