Bristol county home sales rose in February despite a drop in the Commonwealth which saw a decrease in sales for the first time since December 2011, according to a recent report by the publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
Bristol County saw 177 home sales in February, which was an increase from 156 home sales in February 2012, a 13.46 percent increase. However, home sales are down by 2 percent overall in Bristol County this year compared to a year ago, according to The Warren Group.
