Does your lender go above and beyond?

Does your lender go above and beyond to help out a client? Well, today I can honestly say the answer to that questions is a big fat YES!

LenderThe lender I am talking about is Nicki Torres with Movement Mortgage. She is awesome. I can honestly say that while I have several lenders I use, that Nicki is one of the lenders I recommend most. She is a military wife which means she has a first hand knowledge of a lot of issues that my VA buyers face.

I wrote an offer on March 14 and we were supposed to close today, March 27. 14 days...we almost had it, but due to an appraisal issue we did not make that 14 day closing....however because of Nicki and her awesome sidekick Amanda, we will be closing tomorrow (15 days)! Nicki or Amanda have been in touch with my clients (the buyer) almost on a daily basis. They have answered numerous calls from both me and the buyer.

Yesterday the appraisal came back with a couple of issues that needed attention before we could close. Nicki knew the buyers were on a very tight deadline and really needed to close today. Amanda and Nicki made numerous calls throughout the day starting at before 8:00 am, to every person they could think of to get answers to questions and to keep this deal together. They were a true team and made me look like a million bucks for recommending them!

KUDOS, because of you and your awesome team, the buyers will be closing on their home tomorrow, just in time to receive their shipment of household goods. You see this buyer is military and has been away from his family for months! This was made possible by having the right lender we could all count on!  Call me today and I can make sure you know how to reach Nicki today!

Glad to hear you have such an awesome lender! It certainly does make a difference. 15 days in this market is very impressive. I had a 7 day closing on a VA years ago (didn't even know that was possible haha) but since then it seems like even a 30 day closing is pushing it.

Elizabeth, 14 days is now the minimal for VA loans to close. I must admit I don't get many 14 or 15 days either!  :)

Mark, I totally agree, which is why I use Nicki!
