Buyers Market

By

Wow , what a great time to buy. I know everyone thinks that we are headed for more doom and gloom in the real estate industry. Truth be told. I have never been busier. Saavy buyers and investors are realizing that NOW is the time to buy. Not tomorrow , Now. I really feel for people that are still waiting on the sidelines- Jump in ! It's a buyers paradise.

I agree with David, the Palm Springs market is hot right now for smart buyers.  We've never been busier.  Great to see buyers taking advantage of the current market conditions, because who knows how long it will last!

David, my market is doing well too. One of my listing into multiple bids. I had not seen that in a couple of years.

Welcome David,

I agree with you, its a buyer paradise and the tightening of credit is bringing out the more qualified borrowers.  If the media would just give us a break, we would see even more positive feedback from buyers.

Welcome to the Rain David!!  I hope to see more of your posts in the future.  Be sure to add a Mortgage blog as one your groups so you can see what is going on in our world too.
