San Diego real estate is better at the beach

Although the San Diego real estate market is a precarious place currently, there is some stability in certain market sectors, particularly the beach-close properties.

We have a niche market in Solana Beach which includes almost 1000 oceanfront complex condominiums right in front of us. We have a terrific synergy between sales, leasing, property management, and vacation rentals. Our buyers become vacation rental clients; our vacation rental owners become sellers; our long term rental owners become sellers; and our tenants and guests become buyers.

The San Diego beach real estate market is still a very healthy market. Solana Beach and Del Mar are very sought after locations, especially for second home buyers and investment property. Our niche also includes the Del Mar Racetrack buyers, sellers, and tenants who come to Del Mar in the summer and can rent or own within walking distance of the track.

Our office combines a wonderful niche market with some highly skilled realtors who have sold real estate along the beach in this area for over 25 years. Longevity and name recognition is a key aspect to our success.
