.....Make a Decision!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Executives Nampa, ID

If you have a tough decision to make, follow these 10 Decision making Questions offered up by one of my favorite authors in the leadership field, John Maxwell:

1. What are my options?

2. Is this mutually beneficial?

3. What is the risk?

4. Is it timely?

5. Do I have staying power?

6. What are the long-term ramifications?

7. Have I asked for advice?

8. Am I afraid to pull the trigger?

9. Am I making a convenient decision, or a right one?

10. Have I validated the decision in prayer?

Don, as I've gotten older I have stopped being a fence sitter, and do make decisions faster. John Maxwell offers some great questions. One of Gary's thoughts to add to the mix, if it is a tie in what to do between your head (thinking about it) and your heart (feeling about what is the right thing to do), go with your heart or gut instinct. It has rarely let me down. I really listen to my inner voice today.
