Lennar at Regency in Parker is SOLD OUT, and the model home was sold courtesy of Joan Cox - Metro Brokers - House to Home, Inc.    The buyers saw this home in December and knew they wanted this model home and would wait three months to close!

 

Lennar offers their homes with upgrades that are included in the home price, and does nickel and dime the buyer for the extras.      The homes in Regency included all 3 car garages, extensive hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchens included - granite slab, cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and all with home automation.

 

Regency is sold out, but there two new communities opening soon --- Lennar at Terrain & Crystal Valley Ranch in Castle Rock.      There are three model homes to view currently.    For more information on either of these communities, give me a call - 720-231-6373.
