Easter in New England is always exciting as it represents the end of cold winter days and the start of a fresh new Spring. This weekend Connecticut families are enjoying the sunshine with Easter egg hunts, train rides, and even an Easter apple hunt at Lyman Orchards! This Sunday families will be coming together to celebrate the holiday with magnificent feasts. Traditional dishes which are sure to please the pickiest palate such as classic glazed ham, herbed leg of lamb, and holiday peas will fill you up; but be sure to save some room for delicious festive dessert’s like this peeps sunflower cake!
