Loan amounts above the designated maximum loan limit for a given county is considered a Jumbo Loan. Jumbo loan programs are not as widely available as conventional loan programs and often require a larger down payment, lower debt to income ratios and may have slightly higher interest rates. However, we have great in-house Jumbo loan programs available for you as well as multiple Jumbo portfolio loan programs that might work for your situation too.
If you are looking to purchase or refinance a 2-4 unit property, please call or email Derek and he can let you know what the maximum loan amount would be for your county.
Derek appreciates the opportunity to assist you any way he can.
