New to Active rain but old to Augusta Real Estate

Well, this is my first Blog ever. So here goes. Well I guess most want to know what the heck are agents doing in such a slow market right now. Well, for me if has been an ajustment, especially to my income "Cash Flow", thankfully I've got some rentals. As I always advocated throuout my career as a Real Estate Investor."If they're not buying, they're renting. If they're not renting, they're buying." Well this mantra has been working for me, and now more than ever. Most of my Realtor buddies are getting by, but not like in the hay days of 24 months ago. So, what am I doing now, that the market has turned. Going back to the basics! And you know what, it still as always is working. What I'm talking about is getting face to face with those buyers out there. I have been holding more Open houses, and walking subdivisions on Saturdays passing out cards and offering free CMA's.
