However you celebrate Easter, there is something about this quiet morning that brings a sense of peace, as well as that quickening of the spirit as Spring begins its cycle here in the Northeast.
After 4+ feet of snow this Winter, and the struggles to get through to work, as well as some laughable moments - Herb swimming across the lawn's 3 feet of snow to go check on his car! - I feel very happy see the sun and feel the air beginning to warm.
We skyped with our friends in Australia last night, and although their cycle is moving into Autumn, it's interesting to feel the changes in light, in temperature, and, of course, in mood, as the Earth spins into a new position.
